The Heavenly Bodies were a professional wrestling tag team famous for having worked in Smoky Mountain Wrestling, the World Wrestling Federation and various. Prichard went on to compete as Zip in The Bodydonnas. The Heavenly Bodies face off against the Rock n Roll Express for the Smoky Mountain Tag Team Championship at WWE Survivor Series 1993. Prichard reformed The Heavenly Bodies with Jimmy Del Ray, and competed in the WWF against Tag Team Champions the Steiner Brothers at SummerSlam 1993.

Stan Lane and Prichard formed The Heavenly Bodies and joined Smoky Mountain Wrestling in 1992, and defeated The Fantastics to become the first SMW Tag Team Champions. Afterwards, Prichard competed in Memphis. Prichard won the USWA Southern Heavyweight Championship and USWA Texas Heavyweight Championship. Prichard joined Continental Wrestling Federation in the late 1980's, then moved to the United States Wrestling Association. They lost their match to The Rock 'n' Roll Express. Tom Prichard began his career in Los Angeles in 1979, then competed in various NWA territories before settling in the Southeast. The Heavenly Bodies Members Tom Prichard, Jimmy Del Ray, Stan Lane Managers Jim Cornette The Heavenly Bodies first made their debut in World Championship Wrestling (WCW), when the teaming of Tom Prichard and Stan Lane appeared at the SuperBrawl III pay-per-view event on February 21, 1993.
